Big Announcements for the C.B.B.B. - Week 7: Bills Vs. "Deadskins"

Hey Bills Fans!!!

Jerseys, Beef on Weck and an interview by Coach Sal?  All in one Week?
That's right!  It's been a very busy BYE week for the C.B.B.B. and we have few exciting announcements to share with you all before this week's 4:00 pm game vs. Washington.

The Bills travel to their "home" game in Toronto where they will look to pick up a win against the Redskins to improve to 5-2 before facing division rival (and league "Big Mouths") the New Jersey Jests.
Of course the Charlottesville faithful will be at the Lazy Parrot Grill to cheer them on as always, but this week there will be added excitement for us.

C.B.B.B. THROWBACK JERSEYS HAVE ARRIVED   
We can't think of a better game in which to break out our jerseys than this one.  Pre-ordered jerseys will be marked and set aside for pick up.  If you haven't pre-ordered yours, don't worry!  They will be available for sal as well every Sunday, starting this week.  Jerseys are $30.00 (+$5 for XXL and XXXL)

BEEF ON WECK!!!
Kevin (Lazy Parrot Grill) is excited to break out his Beef on Weck recipe for us and the time has finally come.  Beginning this Sunday you will be able to get a full course of Buffalo staples at the LPG.  Wings, Labatt Blue and finally... Beef on Weck!

C.B.B.B. INTERVIEW ON "BUFFALO BILLS NOW"
For those of you who missed it.  Yours truly was interviewed (along with many other representatives of Bills Backers Clubs around the country) by the one and only Coach Sal Capaccio from "Buffalo Bills Now" as well as WGR 550 Sports Radio.  It was an honor to talk with Coach about our group and to plug the Lazy Parrot Grill on a national and international podcast.  The interview flew by and I wish I said more, but if you haven't hear it yet be sure to visit Coach's web page and follow the link to download the podcast on i-tunes - www.salsports.com.

3-1 Bills host the 1-3 Eagles at the Ralph!

Quick note this week:  The Bills look to bounce back from their loss in Cincy last week against the visiting Michael Vick and the 1-3 Eagles. Come down to the Parrot and show your support as our Bills go for a 4-1 record.

NOTE: Their is a large contingent of Eagles fans in Charlottesville and at the Lazy Parrot on Sundays so you'll want to arrive early to make sure the C.B.B.B. represents that the Lazy Parrot is OUR HOUSE!!!

3-0 Buffalo Bills @ BUNGLES - "Why So Serious?"

Last week's streak-ending victory over the Patriots was nothing short of amazing.  Many of us didn't know how to respond or how to process the magnitude of what the victory meant to the Buffalo faithful, the team, the division and the NFL as a whole.  Yes!  it was THAT big of a win.  Times are changing and empires are weakening.  It is all very exciting, but it didn't happen over night. Remember last year's game against the Bengals? 

The change took root on that day.  Against Cincinnati last year, our beloved Bills began an upward trend that has showed us all that it's ok to "BILL13VE" in the Bills again.

* The Bills trailed the Bengals and orchestrated a come back victory (sound familiar?).
* Stevie Johnson catapulted his status from "serviceable WR" to Super Star with an extra effort run after catch and the few simple strokes of a sharpie.
* Fitzpatrick showed us all that there were good things to come at the QB position and that level-headed confidence, accurate timing and reading of defenses would yield positive results.

As fans we have yielded the fruits and week-long hangover in celebration of the Bills' victory over the  hated Patriots.  Up in Buffalo however; the celebration ended almost as soon as it began.  24 hours later, the Bills got down to business in preparing to go 4-0 this season.  A win this Sunday would also result in extending the current longest winning streak in the NFL to 11 games against the Bungles.  A streak that was second only to the NE streak against the Bills up until last week.

Something VERY special is happening up in Buffalo.  Don't miss a single play or a single second.  Hope to see you all at the Lazy Parrot this week to celebrate another victory in this special season.  Remember to arrive early.  Our group is growing and we want to make sure that every Bills fan who wants one, can find a seat and a table.

Bills Vs. Pansies! - 2011 Week 3 - "8 is ENOUGH!!!"

8 IS ENOUGH!!!

8 long years ago was the last time the Bills beat the Patriots and Bills fans (#BillsMafia) have had ENOUGH!!! On that day, The Bills' defense dominated with 2 sacks and 4 picks, 1 by Sam Adams who rumbled 37 yards for a score. Travis Henry ran for 86 yards and scored twice. It was a glorious day and the time is right to bring the glory BACK to it's rightful home in Buffalo!

The culture is changing in Buffalo and this Sunday the new-look 2-0 Bills have an opportunity to shock the New England Cartel and all of their fair-weather fans, while injecting some much need joy and hope into the hearts and souls of the ever-faithful Bills fans all over the country and the world.

We are calling on all Bills Backers within reach of this invitation, to show up en mass (and show up early) to the Lazy Parrot Grill, to join your fellow Bills Backers and support the new look Bills as they endeavor to break this 8 year streak. 

 
ARRIVE EARLY (Especially THIS week)
As you have probably witnessed over the past couple of weeks, The Lazy Parrot Grill is a very popular place to watch football. We can not really "reserve" tables so if you want a chance to insure you can get a seat and a table, it behooves everybody to arrive early for Bills games, especially for division games.

Andre Reed's OTM All Purpose Sauce.  As this is the first divisional game of 2011, we will be giving away, as part of our  50/50 raffle, another autographed bottle of Andre Reed's OTM All Purpose Sauce.
C.B.B.B. Jerseys.  We are still taking pre-orders for the C.B.B.B. Jerseys and need quite a few more of them in order to place our order.

Remember that the raffles and other raised proceeds serve as a way to raise funds for the group so that we can do fun things like order Jerseys, Glasses, assorted swag and hopefully pay to cater a playoff party etc...
